I've been stuck on pizza ever since that squirrel broke my old pizza stone (that's right, I'm blaming the squirrel), and I got this new bad ass Chinese stone. Yesterday, however, was a typical Superior day. 42 degree's, windy, and rain off and on all day long. I had to do something drastic and unconventional. I used that big metal box in my kitchen. Homemade pizza. home brewed Blonde Ale. All is harmony, and Good karma.
