Had some really thick boneless pork chops I wanted to use up. I cut them into large chunks, and brined for a few hours in a kosher salt, and brown sugar mixture. I then made them into shish kabobs, with apple chunks, mushrooms, green peppers, and onions. Brushed with BBQ sauce while I grilled hot and fast. Yow.
