Went for a hot quick grill tonight, since I spent most of the morning bottling Yorkshire Bitter Ale. The local grocery store here has these riblets That are allot like those you get at Applebee's. Hit em with some rib rub, and halfway through started saucing with a spicy bbq sauce. Had some cob corn going on the side, and of course a home brewed Chanterelle mushroom bier. Sometimes life doesn't suck all that bad.
